VEDAR provides AI-assisted diagnostic support for authorised workshop accounts. Quick Diagnosis remains restricted to its private pilot accounts. The public website does not create accounts, take payments or offer app-store downloads. VEDAR Professional is planned at £29.99 per month for one technician, with subscriptions Coming soon. VAT treatment, usage allowances, billing, renewal, cancellation and refund arrangements are not yet agreed; no paid subscription can be purchased here.
Diagnostic judgement and safe testing
AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Suggested causes are hypotheses, not technician-confirmed faults. Verify results using safe practical tests, the actual vehicle and current manufacturer information. VEDAR does not guarantee a diagnosis, repair outcome or manufacturer-specific specification and does not claim manufacturer approval.
Use competent technicians, suitable equipment and vehicle-specific safety procedures. Review customer reports before passing them on. Do not rely on support email for urgent vehicle-safety decisions or emergency assistance.
Accounts, evidence and sharing
Use only an account and information you are authorised to use. Protect credentials and use a trusted device. Keep independent copies of important original evidence: saved text and recovery facilities are not a complete original-file cloud backup. Completing a case is private; sharing requires a separate preview and confirmation. Remove identifying details and share only findings you can support. Automated checks do not guarantee anonymity.

Final subscription and content permissions, acceptable-use terms, support arrangements, suspension, liability, statutory rights and dispute arrangements require review before paid access opens.
