Make a request
In VEDAR, open Settings and choose the account-deletion request option. Sign in with the relevant account, review the explanation and explicitly confirm the request. You can check its status and cancel a request through the same workflow.
You can also email account@dcr-vedar.com from the address associated with your account where possible. State whether you need account closure, access, correction or deletion and give only the minimum information needed to identify the account. Do not email passwords, MFA codes, tokens or identity documents in the initial message.
What happens next
The authorised HQ administrator reviews the request after appropriate identity and authority checks. Actual erasure is not enabled. Closing a review request does not mean the account has been deleted. No unapproved processing time or complete-erasure promise is made here; applicable rights and obligations still apply.
Account records, private cases, reports, usage records, shared-source links, supplier records and backups need separate consideration. We will need to establish the requested scope and any justified retention before fulfilment. Automated deletion and final retention arrangements remain under review.
Keep access to original evidence
Do not uninstall the app or clear browser storage as an assumed account-deletion method. Important original files may exist only on that device. Preserve records you need before removing local data. Moving to another domain or signing in elsewhere does not transfer original files or unsynchronised cases.
Open the existing-device VEDAR workspace to check records held at the original address. Account deletion is separate from cancellation of any store subscription; no paid subscription is available from this website.
